Revenue Source
Enhanced Language Learning Innovation and Technology (ELLIT) is an open access journal operating under a sustainable publishing model that supports free and immediate access to scholarly content while maintaining high editorial and technical standards.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To support the costs associated with manuscript processing, peer review management, copyediting, layout, digital archiving, and online dissemination, ELLIT may apply an Article Processing Charge (APC). APCs are payable by the author(s), their institution, or funding bodies, where applicable.
All articles published under the open access model are made immediately and permanently available upon publication, with an appropriate open license attached.
Editorial Independence
Payment of APCs has no influence on editorial decisions. All manuscripts submitted to ELLIT are evaluated solely on the basis of:
-
Academic merit
-
Originality
-
Methodological rigor
-
Relevance to the journal’s scope
The editorial and peer-review processes are conducted independently of any financial considerations.
APC Transparency
APC rates, if applicable, are:
-
Set on a per-journal basis
-
Clearly stated on the ELLIT journal website
-
Communicated to authors prior to publication
Information regarding APC waivers or reductions, where available, will also be disclosed transparently.
Publisher Support and Funding
ELLIT may receive institutional or publisher support to sustain journal operations. Any such support does not affect editorial independence or the integrity of the peer-review process.
APC Review and Adjustment
ELLIT reviews its APC structure periodically. Adjustments, if necessary, are based on the following considerations:
-
Journal quality and academic standards
-
Editorial, peer-review, and technical processes
-
Operational sustainability
-
Competitive and market conditions
-
Additional revenue streams supporting journal management
Any changes to APC policies will be announced clearly on the journal website.
