Article Processing Charge
nhanced Language Learning Innovation and Technology (ELLIT) is an open access journal committed to making high-quality research in language learning innovation and technology freely available to the global academic community.
To support the editorial and publishing process, ELLIT applies a modest Article Processing Charge (APC).
APC Amount
The APC for accepted articles in ELLIT is:
-
IDR 100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah), or
-
USD 10
The APC is charged per accepted article, regardless of article length.
What the APC Covers
The APC contributes to covering the costs associated with:
-
Editorial management and peer review coordination
-
Copyediting and layout formatting
-
Online hosting and journal management system maintenance
-
Digital archiving and long-term preservation
-
Open access dissemination of published articles
When to Pay
-
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
-
No fees are charged for submission, review, or rejected manuscripts.
Editorial Independence
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated solely on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Waivers and Reductions
ELLIT is committed to equitable access to publication. APC waivers or reductions may be considered in specific cases, including:
-
Early volumes or special issues
-
Authors from low-income or under-resourced institutions
-
Other justified circumstances
Requests for waivers must be submitted after acceptance and will be reviewed by the Editorial Board.
Payment Information
Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author upon acceptance of the manuscript.
Transparency and Policy Updates
ELLIT reviews its APC policy periodically. Any changes will be clearly announced on the journal website and will not affect manuscripts already under review.
